Your host
In an international career that began with him being the youngest prop to play for England and then lasted for 14 
years, Jason Leonard became the first, and so far only, Englishman to play in 100 tests. He finished his playing career with 114 caps, including two as captain, and went on three Lions tours during which he led the side in provincial matches and played in five tests against New Zealand, Australia and South Africa.
Format of the day
- 8.00am tournament reception opens with coffee and bacon rolls on arrival
- 10.00am Shotgun Start
- 3 course sit down lunch to follow golf
- Prize giving & auction followed by celebrity entertainment
The course
The Longcross course is widely considered the very best example of a typical tree-lined Surrey course and is very reminiscent of Sunningdale’s Old Course in places. The course spans 6,743 yards of beautiful, gently undulating and wooded terrain offering the challenge of the best features of classic inland course design.

Team competition: Fourball Betterball Stableford (best two of four scores to count)
Handicap allowance: Men 24, Ladies 36
The cost
£895 per team. A team consists of either three amateurs and a celebrity captain (provided by Sparks) or four amateurs (no celebrity). Please note that online bookings will include a £6.50 booking fee.
