Sir Trevor Brooking made 636 club appearances scoring 103 goals for 
West Ham during his 17 years as a player including winning the FA Cup winner twice. He later managed the Hammers and has a stand at Upton Park named after him. He was capped 47 times for England and is now the Director of Development at the FA.
On the Day
- 7.45am onwards – Registration with coffee & bacon rolls on arrival
- 9.45am – Shotgun start 18 holes of golf
- 4.00pm – sit down dinner followed by prize giving, auction and celebrity entertainment
- *6.00pm – Proceedings end (*Timings are an approximation)
- Dress code is customary golf club wear on the course and collared shirt and trousers for dinner
The Course
Batchworth Park is a private members club designed by Dave Thomas and is situated just two miles from the M25. The course is set within 210 acres of undulating parkland. From its elevated position there are fantastic views across the rolling Hertfordshire countryside.
The Tournament
Team Competition: Fourball Betterball Stableford (best two of four scores to count)
Handicap allowance: Men 24, Ladies 36
The Cost
£695 per team. A team consists of either 3 amateurs and a celebrity captain (provided by Sparks) or 4 amateurs (no celebrity). Please note that online bookings will include a £6.50 booking fee.
