Sparkle for Sparks is about adding some extra sparkle to your Christmas lunch or party outfit and making a donation to Sparks. It’s so easy.

Whether it’s for your work Christmas do, your school disco or your nursery turkey lunch, the idea is really simple. Dig out that silver tie, sparkly top or disco ball earrings and collect donations for taking part.

It costs us around £20 to fund half an hour of a researcher’s time and with £8.5m committed to more research over the next 3 years your support is important now more than ever. We’d love for you to buy us more time this Christmas so we can really make a difference to improving children’s health.
