Announcing our partnership with the Round Table

As of today we are partnered with the Round Table. In order to reach their fundraising target of £100,000 over 12 months many activities are due to take place, including skydives, golf challenges and adrenaline challenges such as the London marathon.

Through this opportunity, we hope to reach out to more families and communities whose lives have been touched by childhood illness or disability and who would take hope from the work that we fund.Round Table President Jason Thomson and the Sparks team

As a small charity, this is a significant opportunity to build the charity’s awareness on a scale that wouldn’t otherwise be possible.

Jason Thomson, National President of Round Table, said: “We are thrilled to announce Sparks as our new charity partner of the year. We’re really looking forward to what we can achieve within the partnership, as it is for such a worthwhile cause. Children’s medical research is desperately underfunded but there is some great work going on across the UK and Sparks funding is vital in helping this work continue.”

Elvira Morrison, head of regional fundraising at Sparks, said: “We are delighted to be chosen as Round Table’s charity partnership of the year. Their fundraising and awareness raising efforts will help us in our mission to help more babies be born healthy and stay healthy.”
