This a spectacular trek and one of the greatest outdoor challenges in the world. In 2012, you can join other Sparks supporters climbing Kilimanjaro on either the Lemosho or Machame routes. With on average a 7 days trek and an overall trip duration of 11 days, you will have time to acclimatise at each stage and increase your chances of success to reach its peak.
By night you will be able to enjoy the star-studded African skies and by day you’ll climb higher often looking down at the sea of clouds with the peak of Mount Meru jutting through – it’s a tough but exhilarating challenge.
