University Rags and Societies

  We are lucky to receive fantastic support from students in University Rags and Societies all around the UK. We would love for you to get involved and support Sparks to raise valuable funds to give children and families affected by serious illness the hope for a healthier future.

There are lots of great ways to get involved and support Sparks:

• Attend one of our city-centre bucket collections
• Choose us to benefit from your rag week fundraising
• Organise a fundraising event
• Get involved with our challenge events in your area

We can support your fundraising with a dedicated Student Fundraising member of staff, providing all the resources and materials you need to be successful!

Everest Base Camp Trek with Student Adventures

We are proud to work with Student Adventures to give students the opportunity to take on the amazing Everest Base Camp challenge!

The Everest Base Camp challenge is an opportunity to take on the highest mountain in the world. Your trek will take you to Base Camp, standing at 5,360m with stunning views of the Himalayas. It is a chance to experience the culture and warm hospitality of the local sherpa community and all the wonders Nepal has to offer.

Student Adventures gives you the opportunity to experience the true meaning of adventure pushing yourself to achieve and taking in some of the most incredible sights the world has to offer. Not only that but Student Adventures has been designed and tailored with students in mind so that your adventure needn’t break the bank.

Your adventure will give you a unique opportunity to push your boundaries, raise valuable funds for Sparks and build your CV at the same time – a great way to spend some of your summer!
