On Thursday 11th June, cricket legend David Gower hosted an intimate evening full of cricket tales and memories.
Held at The Amba Hotel on the Strand, guests enjoyed a drinks reception followed by a sumptuous three course meal. During the evening there were various fundraising opportunities including an auction
Helping field questions with David on the panel were Gladstone Small, Jeff Thomson and Chris Cowdrey. Sparks supporter Iain told the guests how his daughter’s life was transformed thanks to Sparks funded research.
Our inaugural cricket evening was a fantastic success. Thank you to the panel, sponsors and committee who all worked so hard to pull off such a great event. We look forward to next year!
